Shipping Policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
At Shivay Jewels & Baguche, we usually take 2–3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to process and ship your orders from the day the order is placed, whether it is a customized or non-customized product.
After dispatch, the courier company may take an additional 4–6 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for delivery.
Tracking details are sent via SMS or whatsapp as soon as the order is shipped.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, during standard business hours (11 AM to 8PM).
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order is shipped/dispatched, you will receive tracking details through your registered email ID and contact number from our logistics team. You can use these details to track your shipment.
